Abstract [eng] |
The renewable energy correction of the law in Lithuania were reviewed in the research which allows for consumers to become – produced consumers with installed solar power plant up to less than half of provided permissible power to use for landlord’s building. The structure of the research consists of three parts. The promotion of sources of renewable energy discussed in review – theoretical part, the types of electrical energy consumers as well. Description and comparison of loads and generation of consumer’s data is analyzed in methodical part. Research’s technique with software program “Neplan Electricity” is represented. Modelling and evaluation of the loads’ and generations’ influence to voltage and power flows is made by using “Neplan Electricity” program. Calculations of net metering’s benefit in finance and the payback of solar power plants. As a result, the produced consumer, who is using net metering, can save up to 70 % of total taxes every year. 20 % of produced consumers are not able to use all the generated energy, therefore it becomes tax-free and goes to distribution network. All of the rest of solar power plants’ owners are able to use all the electrical energy until the end of the end current year: 20 % of it needs to import electrical energy from distribution network for 1 month, 40 % of it – for 2 months, and the last 20 % - for 3 months. When there are 50 % and more produced consumers in the system, power flows starts to move from lowvoltage network to middle-voltage network. Optimal power flow distribution is reached then there are 25 % and less produced consumers. |
