Abstract [eng] Master degree report analyses the influence of the renovated residential building to the heating management system. Two different size residential houses in Palanga city has been chosen as a study object. Report examines residential building heating system processes, also, template of the residential building and heating system has been created for a research. The results of the research show that in order to control the temperature, the higher supply of the hot water heating system, the lower should be the P (proportional constant) value. Moreover, in order to avoid oscillations, there is a need to reduce I (integration constant), in this case the management reaction would be slower and without oscillations, on the other hand, if the integration time-constant would be higher, the management reaction to the temperature would be more specific, however the oscillations could appear. The investigation with renovated and not renovated residential building it can be seen that for renovated building there is a need to reduce the management system parameter coefficients, otherwise the management heating system would be not stable. The study changing the PI controller parameters weights were recorded data on the thermal energy consumption. Based on the results of the study concluded that the management of the system controller settings affect heat consumption indicators, as in inefficient management of the system parameters of the heat energy is used more.
