Abstract [eng] |
The overall well-being of the country depends on the civil servants' professionalism and competence. The activities carried out by the senior public executives that require both analytical and strategic thinking, as well as the ability to make the right decisions, bring leaders in the public service, who comply with the requirements of the public sector, such as: increasing institutions’ efficiency level, implementing institutional goals and achieving evident results. This suggests that senior public executives have to constantly look for new ways to increase the efficiency of public sector management and ensure well-being of the country. |
