The topic of the project of Master’s Thesis is “Active Suspension of a City Car” is chosen considering real problems, related with the comfort of driving city cars. The suspensions used in cars are analyzed in the project. App is created with MATLAB programming language, which provides amplitude – frequency characteristics of the quarter model of the suspension of a car, graphically depicts the movements of the dynamic model of suspension while driving on different paving’s and in various cases of load. The subject of this project has been chosen city car Fiat 500. This car has " McPherson" type suspension, which does not ensure the comfort of driving, that’s why in this project, for this car have been used the suspensions of dynamic rigidity (active) suspension, it has been tested in different types of load. Conclusions and recommendations are provided at the end of the Thesis. |
