Scientists presented information for society about the damages for human health and public safety made because of the alcohol, described most widely used policies of regulations and measurements of prevention. For now, fewer drunk drivers are identified, situation is improving, however this topic is still relevant in all the Europe Union countries.The main reasons of traffic accidents are directly related with human factor. The skills of driving are highly reduced because of alcohol consumption. Programmes of Traffic Safety and suitable policy of prevention may stimulate the realization of fight with traffic offenders. |
