Factors influencing females’ employability after maternity leave and problems these women encounter are analysed in this Mater’s thesis. Woman’s portrayal has changed significantly since the old-times. Nowadays a woman seeks to be more than a housewife and a mother, she seeks self-fulfilment at work; however, the integration to labour market after maternity leave is becoming more and more complicated due to a number of factors: social, institutional, personal and market-determined – equal employment opportunities and activeness of participation in social life depend on the aforementioned elements. |
