The aim was to identify the factors that affect workers in state enterprises. I set and reveals the essence of employee engagement. Revealed to employee engagement specifics of state enterprises. Empirically appreciated employee engagement determining factors in state institutions. Empirically the reforms need to increase involvement of civil servants in state institutions. I make a recommendation workers in state enterprises to increase. |
