Employee loyalty organization fostering a number of years, its microclimate attractive work environment, the employer-employee relationship is not created immediately, it requires time and effort. Loyalty regularly decreasing every year, organizations are forced to look for methods to develop loyalty. The omission of loyalty absence of reasons companies are forced to say goodbye to the employees, their loss is expensive, suffered significant financial losses, deterioration in team spirit, reduces the employer's image rinkoje. Work already completed studies suggest that organizations loyalty enhancing opportunities for interest issues, conducted a number of workers' loyalty to the organization research. These tests justify yet many companies's issue of the existing companies are reluctant to examine workers' loyalty to the organization raising possibilities, this leads to high staff turnover and tarnished the organization microclimate, and so on. The study aims to answer this problematic question: what determines the low employee loyalty to the organization and what kind of employee motivation effective measures to increase employee loyalty? It should be noted that some organizations still underestimate the importance of this aspect and are reluctant to seek solutions to the problem, as there is a high turnover of staff with qualified, competent professionals lack, to the detriment of the organization's efficiency.
