In today's constantly the changing world learning is a continuous process that helps both businesses and their employees to operate successfully in the changes , because, according to the Department of Statistics and Eurostat, the demand for low-skilled workers tends to decline , while the demand for highly skilled workers is growing. Employee empowerment enables each organization to improve the climate, as more opportunities for self-expression and content, and to the organization's activities contributing employees feel valued, and it gives an incentive both professional and personal development, all of which is determined by the maximum success of an organization. Master's final goal of the project - to substantiate the model of creating empowering environment for employee development. To achieve this, set the following objectives: to examine the concept of employee training; to analyze empowering environment for employee development features and conditions; theoretically substantiate the model of creating empowering environment for employee development; to investigate employee education empowering environment the realization of the theoretical model assumptions in the service sector. |
