| Abstract [eng] |
The main objective of this work is to determine the possibility and efficiency of combining qualitative (behavioural finance) approach and quantitative (technical analysis) approach in order to predict trend changes in financial markets. Author reviews and analyses different behavioural patterns. Implementing the best practices of many different authors, the author of this work investigates the definition of trend, its participants and inbuilt herd mentality. The final part of this work presents a research of applying combined behavioural finance and technical analysis methods in currency trading. |
