Today the organization is characterized by intensity, constant change and dynamic environment, to which the need to adapt. Due to the different perceptions of the same phenomena often organizations fight in conflicts. Thus, organizations are inevitable conflicts in life, they are part of everyday life. It is important to examine this phenomenon actually grasp the causes of conflict and to manage them and to deal with so that normalizuotumėme employee relations, improve the working atmosphere. Object of research: Different generations of employees conflict management organization. Research aim: analyze the different generations of employees conflict management situation of the organization and to provide conflict management improvement opportunities. Research objectives: 1. Reveal the different generations of workers in conflict management and problematic aspects of their research relevance; 2. Examine the different generations of workers in conflict management features; 3. Reasonable employees of different generations of employees conflict management research methodology; 4.
