Quality is always affected by variables and attributes. The quality of products are also affected by factors that need to be considered looking to increase profits and ensure goods meet at least the minimum expected level of quality to benefit business and customers. It is important to assess the factors affecting the quality of the product, but difficult to carry out because of the scientific literature has no common methodology or model what are the various factors that affect quality of products. |
