After analysis of statistical data and UAB Limedika internal data, quantitative and qualitative research, was estimated oppurtunities of UAB Limedika development possibilities in Latvian market. The companies development possibilities are considering by way of distribution. It would be appropriate to make stages for the development of the company. Currently, is trying to expand by exporting food supplements of „Jamieson Labaratories“. The analysis shows that Latvian market is particularly concerned about a healthy life. Latvian market are giving priority to high-quality food supplements products. Analysis revealed that UAB Limedika offered food supplements price is competitive in the Latvian market, so it poses great opportunities for export and represent "Jamieson Laboratories' products. Macro environment analysis revealed that the whole environment in Latvia are favorable for development of the company, the economic level in Latvia has recently improved, the country is ready to accept the exported products. Rising monthly income promotes greater attention and food supplements marketability, and UAB Limedika currently appropriate and useful to expand the Latvian pharmaceutical market. |
