Today‘s companies are forced to aim to some surroundings, that often changes, which makes it complicated as well, while rapid competition makes companies produce better work quality in all cases. The essence of new economy today is knowledge and abilities, that is why a company gains the competetive ability against other companies only if it knows how to use human resources. Pharmaceutical companies can not operate successfully without employees with the requisite skills, personal characteristics, medical knowledge. |
