| Abstract [eng] |
The goal of the study is to analyze the process of corporate restructuring and to present solutions that could increase its effectiveness. The object of the research is corporate restructuring. The following objectives have been formulated to achieve the set goal: 1. To define the concept of corporate restructuring and its development; 2. To present the content of the process of corporate restructuring and the typically employed measures; 3. To make conception model of corporate restructuring process management; 4. To determine solutions for ensuring an effective corporate restructuring process based on the results obtained from the empirical research. The main research results: the highest effectiveness of the restructuring process is achieved via solutions aimed at solving the prevailing problems; however, the effectiveness of such a process is not sufficient. |
