The economic market’s integration is supported by units such as European Union. This leads to a bigger market opportunities for small and medium sized business but at the same time to a bigger competition due to foreign direct investments and global players in the local markets. The importance of intense competition, political and economic changes nowadays force to think of a qualitative economic environment indicators that should be taken into account while considering complexity of future nations development. In this context companies’ intellectual capital plays an important role as an innovation, science and advanced technology driver at micro economical level. The question is what makes an impact on intellectual capital growth and what economic factors could help to develop intellectual capital within companies. |
