Abstract [eng] Quality and cost of quality management are directly related with implementation of requirements. Due to this management of project quality and cost of quality is becoming increasingly important for organizations. Most methods for quality and cost quality management are adjustable for traditional organizations and need to be adapted for project management. Meanwhile project based organizations are facing problems of identifying and managing quality costs due to lack of specific methods.
