| Abstract [eng] |
The object – identify factors affecting employee retention in Information technology organizations. The first part of the thesis consists of employee retention issues and identification of Information technology sector specifics. In the second part theoretical background on employee retention was provided and employee retention components as well as factors affecting employee retention determined. In the third part, the empirical research was conducted and study methodology provided in order to determine the influence of employee retention factors on employee retention components. |
