The work includes issues of macroeconomic environment changes affect the construction sector and its assessment. The analysis of economic trends noted that the long period of economic growth characterized by a trend, but in the short period visible cyclical fluctuations that affect the entity's operating conditions and results. The purpose of work is to create impact‘s of macroeconomic environment changes on construction enterprises activity results assessment model. The aim of work is specified by targets, which also determines the following structure: firstly, define the economic cycle concept, examine the economic cycle influence on different business sectors, analyzed cycles affect business activity evaluation methods and the company's crisis management models, finally carried out in the construction sector sensitivity to the economic cycle assessment and formed impact‘s of macroeconomic environment changes on construction enterprises activity results assessment model. Methodology of work used to solve the set tasks include analysis of scientific literature, analysis of documents, statistical analysis of macroeconomic and construction sector performance results and econometric modeling. |
