One of the most experienced problems at work nowadays is stress and job burnout is one of its consequences. Job burnout is explained as a prolonged individual‘s response to chronical stressors at work, which results with emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and self - inefficacy. Employees‘ experiencing job burnout cause to an organization such problems as empoyee turnover, absenteeism, higher probability of accidents at work, intention to leave job, lower productivity, effectiveness and disengagement. |
