Abstract [eng] One of the main aspirational and goal of each company are motivated and loyal employees. This purpose can be achieved through the adequate remuneration system. However, is no longer sufficient just to pay the salary and bonuse. It is necessary to apply a wider range of compensation measures to improve and encourage employees to work better. So companies must proceed remuneration system, which consists of a variety of measures, which meet the expectations of employees. But it isn`t so easy, because companies face with the challenge how to apply the most effective, but all the time changing measures together with company`s capabilities as well as the changing needs of employees. The object of the research - the remuneration system improvement opportunities in UAB Kavita, which is a wholesale trade company of the medical and optical goods. Thesis purpose - to provide improvement solutions of the remuneration system. Thesis tasks: 1. Define influencing factors and measures of the remuneration for work; 2. To analyze theoretical aspects of the development and improvement of the remuneration system; 3. Analyze the current remuneration system in UAB Kavita; 4. To present remuneration system improvement solutions.
