Relevance of the topic. The topic of project management master‘s thesis is relevant, because the public procurement is quite new in public sector institutions. The experts are accepting that during the realization of the new public management ideas, the public procurement not only adjudicate the existing but and cause new problems. The public procurement is valued like one of the most problematical branches which is regulated by European Union, because big changes are typical not only for standard regulation but and for national case - law which is explaining and prac-ticing it. |
