Abstract [eng] Today‘s society is changing rapidly. Today we can classify as ‘‘post modern‘‘, which is divided to several essential elements that led human kind to vast changes in history, these elements are – independence and freedom. Mentioned elements determined the essential changes in the market. The freedom of man forced companies encounter with vast changes in the competitive market, the mentioned changes determines the profit of the company. Organization that wants to stay competitive in the market, has to not only improve on the ‘‘outside‘‘, but and in the ‘‘inside‘‘ of the organization. The improvements on the ‘‘outside‘‘ and in the ‘‘inside‘‘ of the organization shows that human resources goes ‘‘toe to toe‘‘ with the competitiveness and place in the market of the organization.
