These days, many companies, in order to stand out of market, in their activities develop and implement innovative projects. Innovative projects are distinguished by the fact that they have initiated the development of new products or services based on innovative methods and approaches. The successful implementation of innovative projects contributes appropriately formatted team. Most scientists recognize that teamwork leads to success of the organization in pursuing their goals. Teamwork results are significantly better than working in isolation of individuals. As a result, businesses are very important human potential use of innovative activity. The aim of this paper is to identify opportunities how properly format the team for innovative project. |
