Abstract [eng] In this Master‘s final paper the following topics are covered – career planning based on coordination of interests of employees and organization and realization opportunities in servise sector. Recommendation on how to meet interests of employees and how to keep employees from leaving to the other organization looking for career opportunities are also set out in the present work. First part of the paper deals with career planning problems and studies. Second part analyzes the concept of career and planning models, organizations and employees' interests, influencing career and the career planning process. Third part is dedicates to meet the organization and employees' interests alignment-based career planning research methodology. The fourth part analyzes, interprets and summarizes the results of the research.
