Over the past few decades has disappeared boundaries between traditional banks and other financial intermediation, banks expanded their operational area of securities, fund management and insurance. This has led to the development of the most technological change, deregulation of financial markets and the emergence of new financial instruments. The financial markets would force banks to look for opportunities to effectively manage available resources and services to achieve economies of scale. |
