Relevance of the topic – Shared services center (SSC) every year becomes more and more important for big companies. Developing SSC reduces operating and administrative expenses, improving and implementing business processes, reduces records of errors, more efficiently use of material and human resources. SSC focuses on internal customer maintenance, internal services to improve the quality, performance harmonize application processes, thus improving the efficiency of the company's image and generates the value of services. SSC is necessary to improve the process of internal services, as strong competition in business requires optimization activities and SSC is one of the ways to do this. In order to satisfied consumer organizations must be able to create a good and strong service culture, timely and quality service. In order to satisfy internal users not enough to know the law, accounting policies have such personal characteristics as accuracy, timeliness, the desire to excel, but also to communicate professionally, quickly and accurately provide the service. The provision of financial and accounting services to its internal customer’s problems arise due to miscommunication or lack of communication. |
