The state, using various market regulation measures, seeks to create social and stable economic development conditions that secure business conditions, decrease the negative production impact on the environment and society. The state intervention to the processes in the market might be in various forms and all the measures that are used determine certain factors ongoing in the market, in one way or another. The state intervention of the market might be both positive and negative, thus it is relevant to analyse the essence of state regulation and seek the opportunities to improve business settings, while adjusting state intervention. The object of the project is the state regulatory burden on business. The aim is to analyse and determine the state regulatory burden on business in Lithuania. In order to achieve the objective, the challenges to be met are: to analyse business regulation problems; to investigate the essence of state regulation and business regulation in theory; to sift the prevailing state policy in Lithuania in relation to business; to analyse the methods of determination of the state regulatory burden; to determine the administrative burden from the example of the food service sector. |
