Currently, the main flaw of the health system in Lithuania is officially operating system what does not significantly affect the participants' motivation. The funding system does not encourage patients stay healthy, so morbidity is high. Investigators examining the medical sector are financial indicators, but do not pay attention to non-financial, that can maintain the efficiency of the medical sector. The aim of the master’s thesis was to find out activities of the medical sector and do evaluations study in health care sector. The main problem in these organizations is how correctly evaluate health care organization which can help it to exist much more time. |
