In many literature it is emphasized that the value of the company depends on company’s potential to grow. On the other hands, the value of the company is affected by several factors such as innovation. So the first problem is how to find a real company’s value, and second – how business value is affected by innovation. So, the object of this work is the value of the company. And the aim of the paper is to evaluate innovation influence on company’s value. The first part of the paper discuss the valuation relevance and problems. Concept of enterprise value, enterprise value and the factors affecting business valuation purposes is introduced in second part. The third part of the work carried out business valuation analysis. In the fourth part of the paper was found business valuation before and after new innovation. The research of the paper revealed that the value of presented company has increased after new innovation. The company’s value change due to free cash flow, which, after the new innovation has increased rapidly in each forecast year. |
