The managerial competences are highly important to every organization, because of constant growth of its requirements. Executives in these positions are often appointed because of good professional knowledge, regardless of whether they have strong managerial skills. Therefore, managerial skills are formed naturally during the practice. The work of subordinates is strongly influenced by the executive’s managerial excellence and all of that can echo company’s strategic objectives that is way strong managerial competencies is very relevant. |
