Relevance of the topic – Relevance of the topic: the company is always a primary goal - to meet the needs of users and improve the performance of the company. One method to achieve this is the user experience on consumer behavior clarification. Although the user experience and behavioral sciences is a relatively new discipline, but since ancient times, when only created a consumer oriented company, was to determine the user's characteristics, behavior determinants and their potential impact. Customer experience is considered the main key to customer satisfaction and loyalty (Klaus and Brokers, 2012). Research object – service customer experience in wellnes tourism. Research purpose – empirically test conceptual model of wellness tourism service customer`s experience Problem – what kind of impact does customer service experience makes to consumer behavior? Tasks: 1. show customers experience importance in consumer behavior. 2. complete theoretical aspects analysis of service experience development. 3. complete theoretical aspects analysis of consumer behavior in wellness tourism services context. 4. to prepare a conceptual service customer on customer behavior model and empirically test factors. |
