Having conducted the theoretical analysis and empirical research, the results allowed to describe the concept of the leadership competence, which can be defined as a series of skills, abilities, knowledge, experience and a set of features of an individual, its proper and timely usage in order to achieve personal, interpersonal and organizational aims by influencing other individuals through their trust. Having conducted the analysis of the models of leadership competences, a model of the leadership competence has been created. The following revealed that leadership competences are typical for all employees, regardless of the level of organizational management. During the research, thirty most important leadership competences and their expression at the middle level of organizational managements were identified. Having summarized all data, an adapted model of the leadership competence, which reveals the differences between theoretical assumptions and results of the research, is being provided. |
