With increasing globalization and competition in the market, company`s performance is becoming more difficult and it requires a lot of attention. Company`s performance evaluation is becoming one of the main tools of improvement. The main assets are information and knowledge which not always are shown in financial statements. Due to the constantly changing conditions, executives knowing what should be the final results no longer ensure the ability for workers to describe how the results should be achieved. Executive`s inability to respond quickly led to a new evaluation era. |
