Small and medium businesses are the engine of global economy. However many companies once they started the business faced with the funding problem. Most of the time it is the biggest issue that determines collapse of the business. Scientific researches reveal that there is growing interest of alternatives funding opportunity in Lithuania. One of them is business funding by venture capital. This financing alternative is very well known and widely used in USA, although it is quite new financing alternative in Lithuania. Most of Lithuania business people avoid this financing opportunity because of lack of information of venture capitalist’s activities. Also there are quite less information about the benefits that venture capital investor can supply for the business. |
