Social entrepreneurship is one of the essential elements of EU economy. A special attention is paid to attracting and supporting young people to become social entrepreneurs. The focus analysis is fulfilled upon entrepreneurial opportunities for young social entrepreneurs in Lithuania, paying special attention to entrepreneurial skills and abilities as entrepreneurial opportunity created and exploited at university. The analysis is based on some empirical data of students' attitude to entrepreneurship and overall situation analysis on development of social entrepreneurship in Lithuania. As the main conclusion, the importance of education as entrepreneurial opportunity could be mentioned. The analysis enforces to state that students cab exploit education process as entrepreneurial opportunity for social enterprises creation in Lithuania. The quality and effectiveness of integrated process creating favourable environment for social entrepreneurship should be emphasized. |
