Trust, which, based on scientific evidence, can be personal and impersonal, is important for the successful operation of an organization. Personal trust is associated with trust in colleagues (horizontal trust) and supervisors (vertical trust), while impersonal trust is associated with organizational systems. Recently, the stability of trust of organization has been continuously affected by various crises, such as the Covid-19 pandemic, the war in Ukraine, the migrant crisis, and the energy crisis. Crisis situations cause significant challenges for organizations, and failure to overcome them make employees doubt the organization, as well as weaken the trust of organization, which can be affected by various factors during crisis situations. Factors that affect the trust of organization are widely analysed in scientific literature, however there is lack of research on factors influencing the trust of organization during crises. Therefore this paper focuses on analysing the impact of factors on the trust of organization during crisis situations. |
