Rapidly changing society and their values, uncertain situation, and growing competition in manufacturing market influences organizations to search for new ways to attract and keep existing consumers. Consumer loyalty is one of the desired and financially beneficial concepts for organizations. However, it is becoming more difficult to retain the consumer. Organizations are looking for effective ways to help establish a long-term mutual relationship with consumers and form a strong loyalty for the organization. One of the ways to implement this is the integration of sustainable marketing. Sustainable marketing is a mean of sustainable relations with consumers, based on common values, which helps to form consumer loyalty. |
