Purpose. The purpose of this thesis is to design 3D printing parts of the house technological base and 3D printing factory. Also my aim is to find structural solutions, to select products, equipment, building materials and to draw up estimate. Solutions. Factory site area is 5238.0 m2. It is 48.6 m long, 24.0 m wide and 13.0 m high. Total factory area with office space is 1365.0 m2. Factory space as well includes storage areas for raw materials and derived products. Also I estimated support structure – truss. The evaluation of the whole roof of the stresses and receiving of truss internal forces acting helped in the calculation of the cross sections. The upper truss belt from 180x8 mm, the lower band from 160x6 mm and kicks from 100x4 mm steel pipes. It was also been described of work safety, assessed the necessary safety measures, fire safety requirements, environmental problems and their solutions. |
