| Abstract [eng] |
The main aim of this master thesis is to analyse the opportunities and threats for e-health also identify problems they are causing in Lithuania. The research is carried out using an expert interview and dynamic SWOT analysis methods. The questionnaire for expert interview used SWOT analysis from the e-health development strategy of Lithuania, with the goal of obtaining remarks from experts about the implementation of the strategy's measures and about minimizing the influence of weaknesses and threats. Experts are also given an Hilson's table in which experts are asked to evaluate the influence of certain weaknesses and strengths on opportunities and threats. These relationships are portrayed in the "fuzzy maps". Using KTU researchers' instrument SwotFcm, a forecast is constructed about the future of the strategy under conditions when: nothing is changed; opportunities and strengths are maximised; threats and weaknesses are controlled while strengths and opportunities are optimally implemented. |
