| Abstract [eng] |
The main objectives of the final master thesis is to investigate the application of coaching in small companies, summarize the concept of coaching and make scientific analysis of coaching application in the organization. The main goal is to provide staff development model based on coaching. Author analyses the use of coaching in small companies because scientific literature does not provide structured model of staff development in small businesses based on coaching. Work scientific problem is the absence of criteria and systematic stages that should be done by adopting staff development system based on coaching for small businesses. |
