Abstract [eng] |
The aim of this master thesis is to research a service quality and to prepare improvement solutions. The problem of the thesis: what are the possibilities JSC „Rimdera“ to improve existing customer service? What the company‘s buyers and users of services exactly wants? What measures, improving customer service company, by customers opinion, would be most effective? The object of the research: JSC „Rimdera“ customer service quality. Performed a poll of JSC „Rimdera“customers using Servqual methodology, created and recommended to use JSC "Rimdera“customer service quality improvement model. |
