In this master’s final project there are analyzed ventilated facades installation technologies of office building. For finding the optimum ventilated facade variant there was chosen five types of them, and using different evaluation criteria (cost, time rate, durability, aesthetics, weight), the results were determined. According to the building regulations and laws, were discussed legal issues about design and construction works. Described the architecture of the building, its individual elements, given basic structures (roof, walls and floor) heat transfer coefficient calculations, designed reinforced concrete column. Presented the most rational ventilated facades installation technologies and intermediate floor installation technology cards, were done calculations for building site organization, prepared the schedule calendar of building processes. Prepared local estimates of analyzing building, given the analysis of costs (direct and indirect). The risk of workers in construction site was estimated and provided safety and environmental requirements. Graphical part contains the drawings of architectural, structural, technological, organizational, economical parts. The drawings convey the views of the main issues, which are concerned in the main part. |
