The main objective for the Enterprise Management is to take care of the personnel, their welfare, to motivate the employees, to encourage their loyalty to the organization, at the same time develop the image of the organization, also to achieve better results. The loyalty of the personnel is especially appreciated because trying to support the motivated personnel, it is crucial to provide time and effort, otherwise competition in the market makes the workers look for better work conditions, change the workplace. Thus, every enterprise which is eager to maintain their loyal personnel, is made to look for methods and means to develop and encourage loyalty. It is a mistake to think that the material reward is most important for employees. The increase of loyalty to the enterprise is also encouraged by non-material means of motivation: giving responsibility, official message of thanks, appropriately provided and sustained inner culture of the enterprise, possibilities of training. More intelligent workers also expect something more from their enterprise in terms of not only material reward. Undoubtedly , the prestige of the future job highly depends on the payment. Work pay is equally important as the work conditions, possibilities to raise qualification, the career and prestige of the occupation or status in the society. |
