Abstract [eng] |
This master thesis analyzes 6 meters long, solid rolled steel I-beam profile. Research project uses one of the selected beam, they wall cutting and boiling formed holes. Was selected three different forms of holes: round, hexagonal and rectangular. The analysis, it was carried out in the strength to research changing the beam in the wall formed of formed hole shapes and sizes. Steel I-beam distributed load is calculated in two ways: when the steel I-beam the load is distributed evenly and when a maximum load distributed in the middle of the beam, and decreases towards the edges of the beam. Evaluated rolled steel I-beams profile without holes and with holes the biggest stress edge of the beam and the beam in the middle. Calculations were made using a computer program for designing structures „SolidWorks Simulations“. It was compared of rolled steel I-beams profile with molded holes and without holes biggest stress of the beam. This research project aims to investigate of rolled steel I-beams profile the strength behavior, depending on the wall of the hole formed by the beam shape and sizes. The analysis of these beams, the calculation results are presented as graphs. |
