An industrial object with administrative-domestic block is designed. The width of the building is 62 m, length - 80 m. The construction site is rectangular, it’s area is 5000 m2. The building’s built-up area is 1 ha. The duration of the project – 194 work days. The main entrance to this building is planned from the administrative-domestic block, also including evacuation exits. Administrative - domestic block is planned three storey, swimming pool and gym block one storey. The technological part includes all amounts of project works, selected mechanical devices for land works and also the crane which is estimated for the heaviest construction and the tallest lifted construction. The statements of work input, devices, required materials are formed. Three technological cards are composed: one for swimming pool and one for monolithic slab and one for assembled reinforced concrete slab installation work. Swimming pool setting takes up 50 days, monolithic slab settings – 55 days, assembled reinforced concrete slab settings – 46 days. The organizational part includes a calendar schedule of all construction works, a workers demand schedule, also the plan of the construction site. The construction site plan includes estimated storage area, domestic and administrative accommodation areas and other estimated records. |
