Abstract [eng] |
Currently stakeholders have more and more influence in all economic and social life spheres. Therefore, the activities of any organization can only be successful if such organization considers their interests, focuses on the maintenance of long-term relations based on mutual confidence, and seeks to enhance their offered value in order to ensure a long-term economic benefit and stability of mutual relations. A value offered by an organization to a consumer, who is one of the most important stakeholders, is not necessarily consistent with the value provided to a consumer according to an organization, so it is very important to identify value dimensions. These dimensions depend on the nature of value as well as on whom such value is to be created to. Consumers create more valuable offers by means of innovative view on value, when an organization focuses on changing needs and opportunities of consumers in order to expand existing limits and create a jump in value for consumers and an organization. In this master’s final thesis possibilities to enhance value for both stakeholders, Lithuanian nurses looking for a place of qualified work abroad and a German nursing company providing skilled work for nurses, are analyzed. The subject of this work is the possibilities to enhance value offered to stakeholders while the objective of the work is to highlight the possibilities to enhance the value offered to clients and a customer as the main stakeholders when recruiting Lithuanian nurses for placement in Germany. To achieve the objective the following tasks are formulated: 1) to conduct theoretical analysis of value enhancement for stakeholders; 2) to review models applied in Lithuania for recruiting nurses for placement abroad; 3) to study value offers of the company providing the service of recruiting Lithuanian nurses for placement in Germany; 4) to foresee activities and means for the offered value enhancement for clients and a customer as the main stakeholders. |
