Master‘s thesis determined the rational way of organizing construction work. Designed apartment house is located in Vilnius Mokslininkų and Bajorų kalvos streets intersection. Final work consists of parts: Juridical – to describes construction of structure legislation. Architectural – to provide buildings architectural and design solutions, and thermal resistance of the roof of the envelope calculation. Constructional – designed for non-joist of reinforced concrete monolithic slab. Research work – to set the most rational organization way for construction works. Technological – formed non-joist monolithic floor installation technological card. Organizational – building sites plan is made by the carried calculations. Economic – concluded of building construction local estimate. Work safety part – describe safe work on site to ensure the measures and identify the risk factors and the risk weight. The graphical part of the drawings present: situation, plot, floor plans, elevations, construction details, of technological card, timetable, cyclogram, building site plan, drawings of construction and economic indicators. Conclusions are provided at the end of work. |
