Abstract [eng] Assessment of customer service quality in the enterprises selling technical products is analyzed in this master thesis. Quality of customer service gives an opportunity to create competitive advantage in enterprise and choosing the right strategy for customer service allows to attract and retain customers. Quality of customer service is especially important for enterprises trading technical products, because customers not always have enough knowledge to choose products of right specification.
