Nowadays information technologies become very important for any organization work. Rapid development of information technologies has affected various areas. Therefore a modern person can hardly imagine his/her life without information technologies. The final work analyses the current document management system in the State Tax Inspectorate (DODVS), which has been implemented on purpose to manage the flow of institution documents, the formation of document content efficiently, to conduct the operational search for documents, as well as for operational efficiency in standardizing the documents related to the management processes. This study intended to find out what advantages and disadvantages of the system its direct consumers reveal and their opinion on what should be improved. |
